This notice is to advise you of the details concerning the Annual General Meeting for the Electoral District of Markham-Stouffville.
Please note that this will be a virtual event.
Details:
Date: Thursday, January 20th, 2022
Time: 7:30 PM
Registration Required: Registration closed on Jan 13 at 7:30pm. If you have not yet registered, unfortunately you are unable to do so.
Deadline to Register: Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 7:30 PM
* In order to attend the AGM and be eligible to vote for directors to the board, you must register by RSVP’ing by the deadline.
In order to be eligible to stand for election, or to vote at the AGM, you must either
hold a valid Conservative Party of Canada membership twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. OR
have held a membership within the previous 90 days, AND renewed online, prior to the call to vote.

The following business shall be conducted at the Annual General Meeting:
Report by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors
Presentation of financial statements
Appoint the Auditor
Presentation of new board

Report of the Director Nominating Committee
